Dr. Meghan Schultz received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Notre Dame and her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Schultz and her husband, Michael, relocated to St. Peters, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis, where she practiced dentistry. She was born and raised in Maquoketa, Iowa and her family resides in Eastern Iowa. She knew her heart was still in Iowa, and looked for an opportunity to return to this area. She was excited to have the opportunity to call Eastern Iowa "home" once again.
Dr. Schultz is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Iowa Dental Association. She serves as Vice President of the Dubuque District Dental Society and Treasurer of the Dubuque County Dental Society.
Because dentistry is constantly evolving, Dr. Schultz knows the importance of being a life-long student. She consistently broadens her dental knowledge with many hours of continuing education in the dental specialties.
She also knows the importance of being involved in community education. She is a member of the Dubuque Chamber of Commerce and is on the Visiting Nurses Association’s Board of Directors for Healthy Mouths/ Healthy Children. She also enjoys visiting the grade schools in the area to speak with the children about good oral hygiene and has participated in the Sealant Program at the Dubuque schools. Dr. Schultz also enjoys dedicating her extra time to less fortunate patients in the community and beyond. She has donated her time to the St. Louis Give Kids a Smile Campaign. In July, 2003, Dr. Schultz volunteered as a dental missionary for two weeks in Grecia, Costa Rica, providing much-needed dental care to people in underserved areas.
Dr. Schultz is excited and proud to call Dubuque her home. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Dubuque and the Mississippi River, traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Schultz and her husband, Michael, are the proud parents of a daughter, Sadie Rose and a son, Blake Marcus. Now, free time is spent watching them discover new things every day.
Angie is a registered dental hygienist. She received her degree from Iowa Central Community College. Angie grew up near Worthington, Iowa. She and her husband, Kevin, now live in Farley. Angie enjoys educating patients about good oral hygiene habits. In her free time, Angie likes to spend time with her family, read, and bike.
Callie is a registered dental hygienist. She received her degree from Madison Area Technical College, Wisconsin. Callie worked in the Madison area for two years and has since moved back to the tri-state area. She now resides in Kieler, Wisconsin with her fiancé Dustin. In her free time, Callie enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her puppy Charlie. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and watching sports. Callie loves to educate patients about their dental health and help them achieve the smile they have always desired.
Brenda has been a dental assistant for the past 18 years. She is a graduate of NICC and is also certified in expanded functions. Brenda was raised in Dubuque and continues to live here now raising her family. Brenda is married to Ryan and they have 2 sons, Douglas and Evan. In her free time, Brenda enjoys biking with her family, taking long walks with her dog, and camping.
Tara Metz was born and raised in Dubuque. She attended Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids to become a certified and registered dental assistant. Tara is also certified in expanded functions. After graduating, Tara was excited to move back to her hometown. Tara and her husband, Aaron, have a daughter, Olivia, and a son, Brady. She enjoys helping patients and educating them about dentistry.
Danielle Hudnutt grew up in Indianola, Iowa. She attended Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids to become a registered dental assistant. Prior to moving to the area, she worked as an administrative assistant and dental assistant at an office in Iowa City. She moved to New Vienna in the fall of 2008 where she lives with her son, Lucas. When not working, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
